1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the helpslotswin platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. helpslotswin enforces the minimum age of 21 years in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. This is a hard requirement — no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on helpslotswin or any other gaming platform you are legally barred from accessing.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Philippine law.

Players who are found to have registered or played while under the minimum age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately, and any winnings generated during such play will be voided and forfeited.

2. Account Registration & KYC

To access helpslotswin's games and services, you must create a single, verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) helpslotswin account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Know Your Customer (KYC). helpslotswin is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests above ₱5,000 or as otherwise triggered by our compliance procedures. Acceptable Philippine government-issued IDs include: PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID, and PhilHealth ID. You may also be asked to provide a selfie holding your ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. helpslotswin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.
• Non-Transferability. Your helpslotswin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

helpslotswin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at helpslotswin's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your helpslotswin wallet in real time for e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) and within standard processing times for bank transfers and cards.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds using another person's payment method is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• helpslotswin does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own charges, for which helpslotswin bears no responsibility.
• helpslotswin reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used, as part of ongoing KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your helpslotswin account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum per se, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and processing time.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. helpslotswin may require withdrawals to be processed to a bank account registered in your name if the deposit method does not support payouts.
• helpslotswin targets the following processing timelines: GCash and PayMaya — within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — same business day. These are targets, not guaranteed delivery times. Processing may take longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for AML compliance before approval. helpslotswin reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal.
• helpslotswin does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party charges from your payment provider are not our responsibility.
• Funds that have been deposited but not played through at least once may be subject to a withdrawal review to prevent money laundering through the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

helpslotswin offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligible Games. Not all games on helpslotswin contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and sports bets may each have different contribution percentages. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus Abuse. helpslotswin employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion, placing offsetting bets to guarantee bonus conversion, or exploiting errors or bugs. Accounts found to be abusing bonus policies will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• Maximum Bonus Win. Unless otherwise specified, bonus-derived winnings may be subject to a maximum cashout cap. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• helpslotswin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on helpslotswin are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting market:

• Bets are final once confirmed. helpslotswin does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or display of a game result, helpslotswin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This decision is made at helpslotswin's sole discretion, applied fairly and consistently.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting slip before a bet is placed.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing commissions). Postponed or abandoned events are settled according to the rules displayed within the specific betting market.
• helpslotswin reserves the right to void bets placed on events where pricing errors, data feed failures, or obvious errors in odds compilation have occurred.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Operating more than one account or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes knowingly.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward helpslotswin staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the helpslotswin platform — including but not limited to the helpslotswin brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of helpslotswin or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the helpslotswin platform without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or extracting content using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpslotswin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

helpslotswin shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; interruption of service arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, government regulatory action, or force majeure events); or losses arising from your reliance on information obtained through the platform.

11. Termination & Account Closure

helpslotswin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or instruction from competent authorities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period.

Upon termination for cause, helpslotswin may forfeit the player's remaining balance, including any bonus funds. Upon termination not for cause (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a market), verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their last registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact helpslotswin support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned before closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the helpslotswin platform, shall first be referred to helpslotswin's customer support team for informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority with jurisdiction over online gaming matters in the Philippines. Both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before commencing formal legal proceedings.

13. Amendments to These Terms

helpslotswin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the helpslotswin platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.
